We’d spent weeks on a new level. It had puzzles, animations, the works. Sebastian played it for three minutes, put down the controller, and said: “That was too easy.”

Kids know instantly when something is too simple. They want to be challenged — they just don’t want to be frustrated. Finding that sweet spot is what we do every day.
